Jane Yi Jiang

I am an Assistant Professor of Operations and Business Analytics at the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. My research centers on marketplaces and information dissemination within them. By employing causal inference, structural models, and machine learning tools, I address novel business challenges and offer practical insights to firms.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Operations Management & Management Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. You may find my CV here.
